✅ Seller Registration
1. Sellers must provide valid business details (GST, PAN, Bank Account, Address proof, etc.).
2. Only genuine and authorized businesses/individuals can sell on EzyLoot.
3. EzyLoot reserves the right to verify and approve/reject any seller account.
✅ Product Listing Rules
1. All product information (title, description, images, price) must be accurate and genuine.
2. Fake, duplicate, or prohibited items (illegal, adult, harmful products) are strictly not allowed.
3. Sellers must set fair pricing; misleading discounts or false claims are prohibited.
✅ Order & Shipping
1. Sellers must pack products properly and hand them over to the assigned courier within the given time.
2. Delays in shipping, cancellation without reason, or poor packaging may lead to penalties.
3. Tracking details must be updated to ensure transparency with customers.
✅ Return & Refund
1. Sellers must accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
2. Refunds will be processed according to EzyLoot’s Return Policy.
3. Continuous high return rates may result in account suspension.
✅ Payments & Commission
1. Payments will be settled to the seller’s bank account after successful delivery and return period completion.
2. EzyLoot will charge a commission/fee on each order as per the agreed terms.
3. Any pending disputes or fraud cases may delay payment.
✅ Seller Responsibilities
1. Maintain product quality and authenticity.
2. Provide quick responses to customer queries.
3. Follow all legal, tax, and compliance requirements.
4. Not engage in activities that harm EzyLoot’s reputation.
✅ Account Suspension / Termination
EzyLoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account in case of:
Fake or illegal product listings.
Fraudulent activities.
Continuous negative reviews or poor customer service.
Violation of EzyLoot policies.
