At EzyLoot, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your products.

✅ Shipping Timeline

1. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

2. Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and product type.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other locations: 5–10 business days

3. Customized or special products may take longer to ship.

✅ Shipping Charges

1. Standard shipping charges may apply based on location and product weight/size.

2. Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional offers.

3. Any additional charges (COD fees, express delivery charges) will be shown at checkout.

✅ Delivery Process

1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/App notification.

2. Our courier partner will attempt delivery at your address.

3. In case you are not available, a second attempt will be made or you may need to pick up from the nearest hub.

✅ Delays

1. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).

2. EzyLoot will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will always assist you to track and resolve issues.

✅ Order Not Received

1. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact our support team.

2. Non-delivered orders reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date will be eligible for investigation and refund/replacement.

✅ International Shipping (if applicable)

Currently, EzyLoot delivers only within India. (You can update this later if you start international shipping.)
