EzyLoot Return & Refund Policy

At EzyLoot, we always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. That’s why we have a simple and transparent return policy.

✅ Return Policy

1. Return Period – Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Products – Only unused, undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

3. Non-returnable Items – Customized/personalized products, innerwear, cosmetics, and food items are not eligible for return.

4. Defective / Wrong Product – If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer care team with proof (photo/video).


Refund Policy


1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is verified by our team.

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, Wallet, etc.).

3. If you prefer an exchange, we will send the same product again or another product of the same value.


Return Process


1. Submit a Return Request through our website/app.

2. Our customer care team will confirm and arrange a courier pickup.

3. Once the product is received and verified, your refund/exchange will be processed.
